One execution · one record
A completed run shows what happened this time.
A lead can see who ran the work, which released revision they used, when each step finished, and any photos, checks, or measurements the procedure asked for.
What you are buying
An instruction the run can enforce.
- Optional records stay beside the step; selected steps can require them.
- Exceptions stay beside the run and remain visible at sign-off.
- Sign-off binds name, time, job reference, and revision; a hard gate can also require selected records.
Runs are optional. The record supplements supervisor judgment and your system of record.
